There are many kinds of crushed products as shown in the table below. So, the methods, machines, and the tools suitable for each product must be chosen.

■Tool Material

As you know, cemented carbide that is several to several dozen times as anti-abrasion as steel products is the most suitable for the materials of tools for crushing machine.
On the other hand, when the high toughness and the anti-impact are necessary, the alloy steel and HSS are recommendable materials. The cost also chooses while considering this material and it uses it.
